Towable boom lift structure

The hydraulic boom lift has three main parts: platform, oil cylinder arm and chassis.

1. Platform

The platform of the boom lift is where worker stands and does aerial works, the platform size can be customized and we can make a 180°rotation platform. There is a tool box and a control panel on the platform, for storing the tools and operating the lift go up, go down and rotate.

2. Oil cylinder arm

This part is used to lift up the boom lift, 14-22m boom lift has telescopic arms to make the arm can reach to further distance. There are valves to adjust the speed of lifting and lowering. The hydraulic lock on the cylinder will stop the platform from falling if there’s something bad happens, and the lowering valve can lower the platform manually.

3. Chassis

All the electronic control system, pump station and power source of towable boom lift are in the chassis. The front part of the chassis is an international standard tow bar, you can connect it with a truck or car to tow the boom lift behind it. And this part can be folded to save more store space. The outriggers can be controlled one by one or together, and they must be supported before using the boom lift. There are warning lights on the outriggers to keep people away from the boom lift when it’s working. There is a balance detector connected with the digital display panel, you can check if the boom lift is balanced before lifting up, and you can check other detailed parameters from the digital display panel too. The stop lamp on the wheels and the brake cable can be connected with the trailer.

Towable boom lift shipping

TUHE boom lift needs a 20ft container for shipping, and a 40ft container can hold 2-3 units boom lift. We will use steel wire ropes and rectagular steel tubes to fix the boom lift firmly in the container.
